On 9 June, the Delft Design for Values Institute (DDfV) and the TU Delft The Hague Campus will organize the Designing for Values Research & Impact Day for policymakers, industry professionals, and researchers.
This external research day is aimed at professionals working on (policy for) spatial planning, housing, the built environment, mental health, open strategic autonomy, and digital technologies. During the event, we will explore how research and practice can collaboratively advance policy and design approaches informed by values.
Recently, the DDfV has established several Special Interest Groups (SIGs) on topics such as open strategic autonomy, design justice, education, and the AI Act, as well as a number of seed projects (for an overview, see here). During the Research & Impact Day, we aim to connect insights from DDfV research to practice, strengthen the ecosystem, and foster meaningful connections between research and policymaking.
Participants are cordially invited to attend and will receive a certificate of participation.
