New Addition to the Institute’s team – Yilin will be working on developing concepts for a Value Langue Tool

Yilin Quan is a recent TU Delft graduate, who completed his Strategic Product Design Master’s in the Industrial Design Engineering faculty. He will be joining the Delft Design for Values institute to work with Marina bos de Vos on a project focusing on what is needed to support practitioners in value identification, to in the end conceptualise a value language tool.

Yilin has a strong connection to creativity. His thesis focused on fostering creative confidence in organisations by emphasising certain cultural values. He is very interested in exploring the relationship between design and people.
